HVS Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference (CHICOS) 20128-9 November 2012The inaugural HVS Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit held at Atlantis Resort (10 and 11 November 2011) was a resounding success. The premiere event welcomed 200 attendees from numerous groups including hotel brands, management companies, development firms, financial institutions, hospitality educators, and regional governments. The panel discussions and presentations focused on the most pertinent issues in the region such as airlift, capital sources, marketing, and training. A newly announced Task Force initiative will combine the efforts of stakeholders and decision makers to strengthen opportunities for investment in the region. |
