HVS Buenos Aires hosts the annual South American Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference (SAHIC), the region’s largest annual hotel investment conference, which is held in a different South American city each year. Recognizing the great potential that South America offers for new business opportunities in the hospitality industry, Arturo García Rosa founded this prestigious hospitality-focused event. SAHIC had its inaugural meeting in Buenos Aires in 2008, followed by a highly successful second conference in Rio de Janeiro in September 2009.
