Consulting & Valuation - Atlanta - Overview
HVS Atlanta handles major portfolio appraisals and single-asset consulting assignments and valuations. Our Director of Operations, Michael Brophy, is an industry veteran who has served in senior level management positions of hotels and convention centers for some 20 years.
Our satellite office in Columbus, Ohio, managed by Stacey Nadolny, handles projects in major Ohio markets, as well as engagements throughout the region.
Our staff maintains appraisal certification in nearly all 50 states. All hotel appraisers and consultants are college educated and pursuing additional certified valuation training, and all have hotel operations experience - from front desk and housekeeping, to sales and marketing to give them intimate knowledge of how a hotel works and should perform in its market.

Market data is available on all major U.S. and Mexico markets in our Market Area Overview reports. Under the supervision of Market Data and Research Director, Amy Beam, we compile data on market data and trends, hotel assets and hundreds of hotel transactions each year.
With strong concern for the environment, HVS Atlanta has substantially reduced our carbon footprint by limiting the size and quantity of printed documents, recycling and using environmentally friendly products. We support a work-from-home capability for many of our associates to reduce carbon emissions. We also purchase credits from Carbonfund.org to offset emissions associated with employee travel and office operations.
