Consulting & Valuation - Dubai - Overview
With its growing importance in the world of hotel development, HVS established its Dubai, United Arab Emirates office in 2008, responsible for valuation and consulting work in the Middle East and North Africa. During our first year in operation, we conducted more than 45 assignments, 65 percent of which were feasibility studies for mixed-use developments featuring hotels, services apartments, branded residences and shared ownership.
Hala Matar Choufany, Managing Director of HVS Dubai and fluent is Arabic, is multi-skilled in the real estate and hotel industries and well exposed to Asia, Europe, and Middle East markets. Together, our team has diverse academic and hotel-related experience, in-depth expertise in the hotel markets in the region, and broad exposure to international markets.
