HVS Singapore - part of HVS Asia (including the Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore offices) - is responsible for strategic consulting, valuation and investment advisory services across the region. Under the leadership of Managing Director David Ling, we are multi-skilled in the real estate and hotel industries, and well-exposed to markets across Asia including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, golf courses and other hospitality related properties.
Our team has diverse experience in valuations, feasibility studies, operator search, investment sales, operational review and market research. We have provided advice on projects in major markets including China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Together with the other HVS Asia offices, we regularly release several important publications including the Asia Hotel Valuation Index (HVI), a hotel valuation benchmark covering luxury and upscale hotels across 13 markets in Asia. HVS Asia founded and co-hosts the China Hotel Investment Conference (CHIC), the region's largest annual hotel investment conference. With current global economic uncertainties presenting both challenges and opportunities, keeping abreast with the latest events and market trends, and how these changes could shape your businesses going forward, is of primary importance. Networking and sharing best practices at conferences such as CHIC will help us better prepare to navigate through challenging situations and realize new opportunities.
