HVS Americas’ President, Rod Clough, MAI, explains, “This expansion gives us the opportunity to provide current and future clients an even wider array of services across every phase of hospitality ownership.”
To support this expansion, HVS has added hospitality brokerage experts to its team. Eric Guerrero and Drew Noecker join HVS as Managing Directors, and James Rebullida joins the team as an Associate. Together, they have completed hundreds of hospitality transactions worth over $3.0 billion across the United States. Their experience and relationships with hotel owners of all classes and sizes, ranging from branded, select-service and extended-stay hotels to independent resort properties, provide a deep understanding of optimizing hotel transactions. The team will report directly Rod Clough.
“We are excited to be joining the HVS Brokerage & Advisory Division,” said Guerrero. He added, “HVS has an unrivaled presence in the hospitality industry. Joining a firm like HVS will allow us to be a one-stop shop for clients at every stage of the investment cycle on their asset.” Prior to joining HVS, Guerrero was a First Vice President at CBRE Hotels, where he worked to execute transactions in the South-Central United States.
Drew Noecker brings five years as a Vice President with CBRE Hotels, where he executed transactions nationwide. "HVS is unique within the real estate consulting space because it focuses solely on hospitality, offering clients a wholly ‘hospitality-centric’ perspective," said Noecker. He added, "We look forward to providing HVS clients a trusted advisor for their current and future transactional needs."
James Rebullida joins the team from Concord Hospitality, where he performed detailed financial analysis and underwriting, market analysis, and transaction analysis on hospitality assets in North America.
