Consulting Experience

A Senior Project Manager at HVS, Michael Evans hails from Miami, Florida where he gained experience in the hospitality industry working for brands such as the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and 1 Hotels, as well as smaller management companies in the blossoming vacation rental space. Now based in Los Angeles, Michael has garnered extensive experience in West Coast lodging markets since joining HVS in 2018.
 
While Michael has worked throughout West Coast, he specializes in the Los Angeles County and Orange County lodging markets. Some of the notable assets he has evaluated include the following:
