Nikola Miljković is a Senior Associate with the HVS London office. Before joining HVS, Nikola gained hotel operational experience in London and Zagreb. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from VERN' University in Zagreb and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Business with a specialisation in Real Estate and Finance from Glion Institute of Higher Education. His main responsibilities at HVS include valuations of single assets and hotel portfolios, feasibility studies, and market research within the EMEA region.
