Four Seasons to Debut in Vietnam with Hoi An Resort 

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Hotel Properties Limited (HPL) and ASB Development Limited have jointly announced the rebranding of the Nam Hai Hoi An resort, into the Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An. The iconic resort will be re-opened and managed by Four Seasons as of 20 December 2016. The Nam Hai Hoi An is a joint venture between HPL, an international property group, and ASB Development Limited, a Dubai investment group. Situated along the Hoi An coastline, the Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An will offer convenient access to the town centre of Hoi An, Da Nang and the Da Nang International Airport – all within 30-minutes’ drive. The resort will feature 40 private residence villas and 60 resort villas. Currently, there are three onsite dining options, a fitness centre and tennis, badminton and basketball courts. Renovation to the resort will further add a beach bar, spa, kids club and different water sports facilities.
