The new loyalty program – Warmer Welcomes, will integrate Shangri-La’s Golden Circle and Taj’s InnerCircle, and will be officially launched in March 2017 with a joint website. The program will extend to all brands of both the group and will allow five million Golden Circles members and one million Taj InnerCircle members to earn and redeem points for awards and stays at 195 hotels in 131 different cities across the world. In terms of point conversions, 100 Golden Circle points will equate to 67 InnerCircle points while 100 InnerCircle points will equate to 38 Golden Circle points.
