Consulting Experience

Bill Conn serves as Executive Vice President & Managing Director at HVS, based in Atlanta, and is an integral member of the firm’s Leadership Team. With 15 years of experience in financial services, hospitality business development, and sales management, along with over 16 years in Hospitality Executive Search, Bill brings a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to his work. He leads Business Development and Client Relations and specializes in C-suite searches across various functions, including Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing, Finance, Franchise Development, Technology, Culinary, and Supply Chain/Logistics within the hotel, restaurant, and travel/leisure industries. Bill views his role as a strategic partner, dedicated to helping clients solve complex challenges and achieve their business objectives. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Trustees at The Cliff Valley School in Atlanta, GA, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a minor in Economics from Skidmore College.
