Qualifications

Matthew Panosh brings over 10 years of operations, revenue management, and financial analysis experience in the hospitality industry to our clients. Created a Product Improvement Plan for the guest rooms after an extensive audit.  Continued to report directly to the owner, AJ Capital, for various financial and analytical matters.

Assisted the Revenue Manager, Director of Sales, and General Manager in maximizing RevPAR. Increased the RevPAR index 42% year over year. Forecast quarterly hotel revenues including segmentation. Completed SWOT analysis for all market segments.
