Key highlights include:
August 2025:
- Occupancy rates remained range-bound in the Indian Hotel Sector in July 2025, when compared to both the previous month and July 2024. On the other hand, while average rates saw an increase from July 2024, they fell slightly short of the levels witnessed in the previous month.
- July 2025 saw average rates largely increasing across markets. Only three of the key markets saw a slight dip.
- Occupancy rates did not witness any major changes in July 2025 when compared to July 2024.
