The property, built in 2008, was purchased by TAK Hospitality LLC, based in San Antonio, Texas, from Nataraja LLC, based in Conroe, Texas.

Other nearby demand drivers include Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital, Halliburton, GE Oil & Gas, Deerbrook Mall, and the Parc Air 59 mixed-use industrial park.
