HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the 72-key Baymont by Wyndham Odessa, located in Odessa, Texas.
HOUSTON, TX, September 22, 2026 – HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the 72-key Baymont by Wyndham Odessa, located at 4101 Parks Legado Road in Odessa, Texas. The property, built in 2014, was purchased by Paxmi and Madhav, based in Portland, Oregon, from Odessa Hospitality, LLC, based in Odessa, Texas.

The marketing process generated interest from investors across the country and ultimately resulted in a sale to a West Coast–based ownership group seeking to expand into hospitality and establish a presence in Texas. Although the buyers were new to Texas hotel ownership, their existing connections to the market and long-term investment objectives made them a strong fit for the opportunity. Through our national investor network, HVS identified the right buyer and guided the transaction to a successful closing.
 
Located within the Permian Basin, one of the nation's most active energy-producing regions, the hotel attracted investors pursuing exposure to a market supported by diverse business and regional travel demand.
