Lizzette Casarin is Marketing Director for HVS Americas, a role that taps into her wide-ranging history with the firm and experience in hospitality. She excels at understanding market and industry dynamics in our business to help showcase HVS expertise through local and national events, as well as hospitality intelligence publications on specific markets and industry trends. She is skilled at researching and analyzing data through an exploratory approach that allows her to devise a well-supported value proposition for the evolution of the HVS brand.
Her innate curiosity and adaptability have allowed Lizzette to evolve her career within HVS. She formerly served as a Consulting & Valuation Project Manager, developing strong relationships and professional depth. Her experience also includes firsthand roles in hotel project management, development, marketing, and execution of highly sensitive and confidential projects for the sale and reorganization of large hotel portfolios in the U.S. and for the Mexican government. She continues to develop strong relationships with market participants and brand representatives to gauge the impact of nuances and strengths in a given market.
Lizzette earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Veracruzana in Mexico. Having received a scholarship to study English in the U.S., she developed technical and interpersonal skills very early in her career by developing educational syllabus and training foreign executives in English.
