Experience

Before joining HVS, Steven Zhu worked with international real estate consulting firms and provided consultancy for dozens of mix-used projects. Since joining HVS Shanghai in 2012, he has been focused on consultancy on hotel and mix-used development projects. Since Feb. 2015, he has been appointed as Shanghai office head and been responsible for business development and project management.
