Bunmi Oyinloye leads the Houston office of HVS and provides consulting and valuation services across the Southern U.S. She brings extensive experience with evaluating and appraising hotels in markets throughout Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. Her work spans a range of property types and assignments, including feasibility studies, market analyses, supply and demand assessments, and appraisals for both new developments and existing assets.
