Shaffer Patrick is a Hospitality Brokerage Associate at HVS, having joined the company in 2019. Previously, Shaffer worked at Hodges Ward Elliott in New York as an analyst on the capital markets team sourcing debt for hospitality transactions and refinances.
Shaffer graduated from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School with a Bachelors in statistics and risk management.
Since joining HVS, Shaffer has been involved in over €3 billion of hospitality appraisal and feasibility projects, as well as numerous asset disposals and operator searches.
