Julia Dzerkach joined HVS London Office as a Consulting and Valuation Analyst in July 2022. She holds a Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School Lausanne. Prior to joining HVS, Julia gained operational and administrative experience in both hotel and retail industries in Switzerland. Her primary responsibilities at HVS include valuations of single assets and hotel portfolios, feasibility studies, and market research within the EMEA region.
